What are Admission Requirements?:
1. Complete and sign the enrollment application.
2. Have a valid Social Security Card or Alien Number.
3. Be a high school graduate and/or holder of high school equivalent diploma or certificate.
4. Be at least 18 years of age.
5. Must provide valid criminal background check within 12 months of start date.
6. A copy of a current physical examination within 12 months of start date.
7. Proof of negative TB-Tuberculosis Test or Chest X-ray.
What is the cost of the program?:
